WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Lunar Apogé Lirac is produced using biodynamic farming methods. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and minimize SO2 use. Fermentation is initiated by natural yeasts from the grapes at a high temperature of 32°C, followed by a maceration period of up to 15 days for color and tannin extraction. The wine is then meticulously worked on its fine lees to enhance aromas and structure.
