WINE MAKING PROCESS
LXRY Sparkling is produced using the Charmat method, also known as the tank method. This involves a secondary fermentation that occurs in large stainless steel tanks, rather than in individual bottles. Selected yeast strains are employed to maximize the wine's fruit-forward characteristics. Prior to fermentation, the grapes are cooled and the must is clarified. The wine is made from Glera and Riesling grapes sourced from South Australia.
