WINE MAKING PROCESS
Harvested across an extended period from late September to late October 2025, the grapes were fermented primarily in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maintain vibrant acidity and fresh aromatics. A small portion underwent subtle barrel aging to add phenolic texture, complexity, and seamless structure under winemakers Helena Lindberg, Felix Åhrberg, and Nicola D'Agostini.
