WINE MAKING PROCESS
Lyv Rosé is produced using grapes harvested at night to preserve acidity and prevent oxidation. The grapes are gently pressed, with only the free-run juice being used. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged in stainless steel, with no oak contact. Vignobles Jeanjean, the producer, is committed to organic farming practices across all its properties.
