WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Maiana Negroamaro Rosso begins with careful grape selection. Maceration is conducted at a controlled temperature of 20-22°C for a minimum of 10 days. Following this, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is then aged in oak barrels for approximately six months. A minimum of three months of bottle aging is recommended before release.
