WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from estate vineyards in Pangeon. Upon arrival at the winery, they undergo gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the variety's intense primary fruit and floral aromas. The wine is aged on its fine lees for a short period to enhance texture and complexity before bottling, ensuring a fresh, vibrant, and clean expression of the Malagousia grape.
