WINE MAKING PROCESS
Maliosa Uni is produced from Procanico and Ansonica grapes. The grapes are gently crushed and destemmed, with fermentation initiated by natural local yeasts. The wine undergoes a maceration period of approximately three weeks, with periodic punching down. Following fermentation, it is aged in wooden barrels for about 7 months. The total sulfite content is kept very low, and no oenological interventions or additives are used during the winemaking process.
