WINE MAKING PROCESS
Malpuesto 2021 is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is manual, with grapes collected in small boxes and then meticulously selected. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel. The wine then undergoes 15 months of aging in French oak barrels, including new oak, before bottling. Production is limited.
