WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Malvasia Sturm 2022 is produced from hand-picked Malvasia Istriana grapes harvested in September. The winemaking process involves de-stemming and cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for a few months on its lees in stainless steel. The winery employs organic and sustainable farming practices.
