WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Cullen Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2022 is produced using grapes from the biodynamically farmed Mangan Vineyard. The winemaking process involves overnight skin contact for phenolic tension, followed by natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Some portions are fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain aromatics, while others undergo partial fermentation in barriques. Aging may include maturation in two-year-old French oak barrels for select components. The overall approach is one of minimal intervention, allowing the vineyard's character to be the focus.
