WINE MAKING PROCESS
Mar de Frades Albariño is produced from hand-harvested grapes that are carefully selected. The must undergoes a 8-10 hour maceration using the Ganimede method, designed to enhance aroma extraction and maintain salinity. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Post-fermentation, the wine benefits from meticulous lees work, which contributes to its volume and balance. The wine is then aged for a few months in the bottle before its release.
