WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process begins with the careful selection of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes from cooperative-managed vineyards across the Chianti DOCG. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright, fresh red fruit characteristics of the grapes. Following primary fermentation, the wine undergoes complete malolactic fermentation to soften its natural acidity. It is then aged in oak barrels to refine its tannin structure and integrate subtle spicy complexities before being bottled in lightweight, environmentally friendly glass.
