WINE MAKING PROCESS
Maria Casanovas Glaç Brut Nature is produced using the traditional method, also known as the Champenoise method. After the initial fermentation of the base wine at controlled temperatures (12-14°C), a second fermentation occurs in the bottle. This process is followed by a minimum aging period of 18 months on its lees. The grapes are sourced from certified organic vineyards cultivated using traditional agricultural practices. The winery is known for its innovative approach, including the incorporation of international grape varieties like Pinot Noir into its Cava blends.
