WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Marqués de Cáceres Excellens Cuvée Especial 2019 is produced from Tempranillo grapes sourced from selected plots of old vines (over 30 years old) in Rioja Alta. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel with extended skin contact (over 25 days). The wine is then aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barriques, followed by a minimum of 12 months of bottle aging before release.
