WINE MAKING PROCESS
The production of Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc involves cold maceration of the grapes, followed by the extraction and clarification of the must. Fermentation is carried out slowly at controlled temperatures between 13°C and 15°C to preserve the wine's primary aromas. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in contact with its fine lees to enhance its volume and aging capacity. The winery is committed to organic cultivation methods, with its estate vineyards certified organic.
