WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are harvested by hand from old vines in Rioja Alta. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve primary fruit characteristics. The wine is then aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, followed by additional aging in the bottle before release to ensure harmony and complexity.
