WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Marquis de Beys Red 2019 begins with hand-harvested grapes, selected meticulously in boxes. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then undergoes an 18-month aging period in French oak barrels, utilizing a mix of new, first-use, and second-use barrels. Minimal sulfur is used throughout the process.
