Sourced from the sun-drenched, clay-limestone hills of Treviso within the Prosecco DOC zone, this bottling represents the first-ever declared, vintage-dated Prosecco in Martini's long history. It was designed as a limited-edition release to showcase the exceptional quality of the 2016 harvest and redefine the premium potential of the Glera grape.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Crafted by legendary Master Winemaker Franco Brezza and winemaker Livio Prandi, this wine is made from 100% Glera grapes. Following a gentle pressing and cool primary fermentation, the wine underwent secondary fermentation using the traditional Martinotti (Charmat) method in pressurized autoclaves. Uniquely for Prosecco, the wine was left on its lees (sur lie) inside the autoclave for approximately two months. This extended lees contact is highly unusual for the region and imparts a distinctive weight, creamy viscosity, and subtle autolytic complexity to the final sparkling wine.
