WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mas Amiel Maury Vintage Blanc 2020 is produced from 100% Grenache Gris grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted twice. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats at 18°C. Mutage, the addition of grape spirit, is performed halfway through fermentation to stop it and retain sweetness. The wine is then aged on its lees in tanks for 10 months in a reductive environment. The residual sugar content is 103.9 g/l, and the alcohol by volume typically ranges from 15% to 17%.
