ABOUT THIS WINE
Mas Cristine Côtes du Roussillon Blanc is a dry white wine from the Roussillon region of France, produced by Mas Cristine. The wine is a blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, Roussanne, Vermentino, and Carignan Gris. The estate's vineyards are located at the southern edge of the Côtes du Roussillon AOC, at an altitude of approximately 250 meters, on schist soils. The vines are old, contributing to low yields. The estate has a long history, with its current winemaking team taking over in 2006. Their philosophy centers on expressing the Roussillon terroir and producing elegant wines. The estate has been certified organic since 2022.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mas Cristine Côtes du Roussillon Blanc is produced through manual harvesting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and/or barrels at temperatures typically between 16-20°C. Aging can involve a combination of tanks and barrels, with some wines aged on lees. The winemaking approach aims to preserve fruit purity while developing complexity and texture.
