WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Ijalba Maturana Tinta 2021 is produced using organic viticulture. The grapes are fermented in French oak vats for 18 days with indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for three months in French oak barrels, with contact with the lees and daily stirring. The wine is then aged for 10 to 13 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
