WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Tetramythos Mavro Kalavrytino Nature 2023 is produced using natural winemaking methods. Grapes are hand-picked and de-stemmed, then crushed by foot. Spontaneous fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, followed by a maceration period of 2-3 weeks. The wine is aged in old oak barrels and large oak tanks for several months. Minimal or no sulfur is added, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
