WINE MAKING PROCESS
The MC 2020 is produced using a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation. The wine is then aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, with a portion being new and the remainder up to four years old. Post-barrel aging, it spends a minimum of six months maturing in the bottle before release.
