WINE MAKING PROCESS
The McManis Petite Sirah 2022 is produced from 100% Petite Sirah grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation on their skins for 6-9 days to extract color and tannins. Fermentation is completed in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for about six months in a mix of new and used French and American oak barrels. McManis Family Vineyards employs certified sustainable farming practices in its vineyards.
