WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Figuière Méditerranée Blanc begins with destemmed and cooled grapes, which are then gently pressed using pneumatic presses at low pressure. Vinification is conducted entirely in stainless steel tanks to maintain a clean profile and highlight the varietal expression of the Rolle grape. The wine is subsequently matured and blended in the domaine's cellars, again utilizing stainless steel to preserve its freshness. The 2022 vintage involved careful management of harvest conditions due to varied weather patterns throughout the growing season.
