WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Meinklang Grüner Veltliner 2022 is produced using spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Following fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for four months in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs. The wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur addition. Harvests are conducted by hand. The winemaking process is guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the natural characteristics of the grapes and terroir to express themselves.
