WINE MAKING PROCESS
Menard le Rouge is produced using organic and biodynamic farming methods. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with different varieties layered together. The wine undergoes a short aging period of a couple of months in stainless steel before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal or no added sulfur. This approach emphasizes natural winemaking and preserving the wine's inherent vibrancy.
