WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Menetou-Salon "Morogues" Rosé is produced using a gentle direct-press technique. Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts, and the wine undergoes barrel fermentation. Following fermentation, it is aged on its lees. The grapes are harvested at their optimal maturity. Domaine Pellé employs natural farming practices, including organic conversion, without the use of herbicides or pesticides, and maintains ploughed soils.
