WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Menina D'Uva Ciste 2021 is produced using a minimalist approach. Grapes are whole-bunch co-fermented for a brief period (around four days) in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Techniques like foot-treading and gentle pressing are employed. The wine is then aged solely in stainless steel tanks, remaining unfined and unfiltered. Minimal sulfite addition is a key aspect of the winemaking process.
