WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Mezzacorona Müller-Thurgau begins with hand-harvested grapes in early to mid-September. The grapes are destemmed, crushed, and pressed, followed by a short maceration in contact with the skins. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for at least four months on its lees.
