WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes are hand-harvested from a single vineyard in Pinto Bandeira at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation. A portion of the wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrels to introduce subtle complexity, spice, and texture, while the remaining portion is kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant primary fruit and crisp acidity. Periodic lees stirring (bâtonnage) is performed to enhance the wine's roundness and mouthfeel.
