WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Mileto Crianza begins with hand-harvested grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures of approximately 27°C. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes a significant aging period. It spends a minimum of 12 months maturing in a combination of French and American oak barrels. This is followed by an additional minimum of 12 months of aging in the bottle before it is released. This extended aging regimen is a hallmark of traditional Rioja Crianza production.
