ABOUT THIS WINE
Paladin Vigne e Vini was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin in Motta di Livenza, later moving to Annone Veneto in the mid-1970s. Now managed by the third generation of the family, the estate is renowned for its commitment to sustainable viticulture, certified under the rigorous Equalitas standard. The vineyards are located in Eastern Veneto along the historic Roman Via Postumia, built in 148 B.C., where ancient Roman wine amphorae are still occasionally uncovered in the clay-rich soils. This Millesimato Prosecco represents a single-vintage expression of the region's heritage, combining historical terroir with modern precision.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process begins with the handpicked harvesting of 100% Glera grapes. After a gentle soft pressing, the juice undergoes a temperature-controlled primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation is conducted using the Martinotti-Charmat method in pressurized autoclaves. To preserve the delicate primary fruit aromas and achieve an exceptionally fine perlage, Paladin conducts this secondary fermentation at an unusually low temperature of 13°C. The wine is aged on its lees in these pressurized steel tanks to develop a creamy mousse before being bottled fresh, with no oak contact.
