WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Denis Frézier Millésime Brut 2016 is produced using the traditional method of Champagne winemaking. Grapes are fermented, and the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by aging on lees. The estate emphasizes cellar aging for several months to refine the wine. Post-disgorgement, a minimum resting period of three months is observed before commercialization. The producer holds High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture certifications and is in conversion to organic viticulture.
