WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Kutch Wines 2021 Mindego Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir is produced using 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Mindego Ridge Vineyard. Winemaking involves 40-50% whole cluster fermentation utilizing natural yeasts, with a focus on minimal intervention and low extraction to preserve the vineyard's character. The wine undergoes aging for 11 months in French oak barrels, with 25% being new oak, and also in neutral barrels. The fruit is sourced from organically farmed vines.
