WINE MAKING PROCESS
The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from sustainably farmed vineyards throughout California. Upon arrival at the winery, the fruit is destemmed and crushed before undergoing fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to optimize primary fruit extraction and maintain fresh acidity. The wine is then aged in a custom oak program utilizing a combination of French and American oak barrels to impart subtle, integrated oak complexity and soften the tannins without overpowering the vibrant fruit profile.
