Mixutra Green

Crafted with a focus on preserving the natural freshness and aromatic integrity of its indigenous grape varieties, Mixutra Green undergoes a meticulous winemaking process. Grapes are typically harvested by hand to ensure optimal quality. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, a technique designed to highlight the wine's primary fruit and floral characteristics. Malolactic fermentation is generally avoided to maintain a crisp acidity. The wine is then aged briefly on its fine lees before bottling, adding a subtle textural complexity without the influence of oak, ensuring a pure expression of the Galician terroir.
