WINE MAKING PROCESS
Each grape variety in La Bohème Môl 2021 is vinified separately. The process typically involves partial destemming followed by a short carbonic maceration of around 10 days in fiberglass tanks. Fermentation is spontaneous, driven by native yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately 9 months in fiberglass or stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and with no added sulfur dioxide (SO2).
