WINE MAKING PROCESS
Mon P'Tit Camion Rouge is produced using mechanically harvested grapes, which are destemmed and crushed. The wine undergoes a short fermentation period of 4 to 6 days in concrete tanks at temperatures between 20-25°C. Following fermentation, it is aged in concrete tanks for several months. The wine is then lightly filtered before bottling. This process is designed to maintain the wine's fruit-forward character and approachable texture.
