WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Querciabella Mongrana Maremma Rosso 2019 is produced using grapes from vineyards planted in 2000. The grapes are organically and biodynamically grown. Vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in cement vats or small cement and stainless steel vats. This process aims to preserve the purity of the fruit and develop a wine with structure and freshness.
