Monte Carbonare

Monte Carbonare is a single-vineyard Soave Classico produced by the Tessari sisters at Suavia. The name 'Monte Carbonare' refers to the hill where the vineyard is located, characterized by its pitch-black, volcanic basalt soils. Located in the heart of the Soave Classico zone in Veneto, Italy, this estate is dedicated exclusively to native white grape varieties. The 2022 vintage highlights the estate's commitment to expressing the pure, mineral-driven terroir of their unique volcanic site without any oak influence.
