WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process begins with hand-selected grapes that undergo a cool maceration for 2-3 days to enhance color and aroma extraction. Fermentation takes place over approximately 12 days at temperatures between 27º–28 ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation. A significant portion of the wine is then aged for 6 to 8 months in used French or American oak barrels, contributing to its structure and complexity.
