The wine is recognized for its distinctive blend of international and indigenous grape varieties, often referred to as a 'SuperCampano' style.

WINE MAKING PROCESS
Montevetrano Rosso Colli di Salerno IGT is produced through separate vinification of its constituent grape varieties. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel for about 20 days, featuring long skin maceration. Prior to fermentation, 15% of the juice is bled off (saignée). The wine is then aged for 14 months in new French oak barriques, followed by at least 6 months of bottle aging. Manual harvesting is consistently employed.
