WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Montipagano Trebbiano d'Abruzzo begins with a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by cold static decantation of the prime must. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14°C to 16°C for 8-10 days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for approximately three months in steel tanks before being sterile cold bottled. Umani Ronchi practices organic farming throughout its vineyards.
