WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Mora Negra involves hand-harvesting grapes from the San Juan region. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, with a notable technique of potentially co-fermenting the Malbec and Bonarda grapes. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for around 15 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels. An additional period of bottle aging is also part of the process before release.
