WINE MAKING PROCESS
The Wongraven Morgenstern Riesling 2022 is produced using spontaneous fermentation, where natural yeasts from sustainably farmed vineyards are employed. Following fermentation, the wine spends a few months in contact with its fine lees in steel tanks, a process that contributes to its texture and complexity. Before bottling, the wine undergoes light filtration. The grapes are sourced from meticulously selected vineyards in the Pfalz region, with Sigurd Wongraven personally involved in the selection of vineyard sites and tanks.
