WINE MAKING PROCESS
Domaine des Marrans employs traditional semi-carbonic maceration with whole clusters for its Gamay grapes, utilizing indigenous yeasts. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes approximately 10 months of aging in large, neutral oak casks or older barrels. The grapes are harvested manually with selective sorting. The domaine is actively pursuing organic certification for its vineyards.
