WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Morgon La Croix Gaillard begins with a manual harvest in mid-September. The grapes undergo semi-carbonic maceration for 10 to 12 days in cement vats, followed by pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is temperature-controlled, and 100% malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine is then aged in vats for 6 to 8 months before being filtered and bottled in early spring.
