WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Morra Alta Monastrell begins with destemming the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. During fermentation, regular pumping over of the skins is employed to facilitate extraction. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes aging in 225-liter oak barrels, comprising 70% French and 30% American oak, with the barrels having been previously used for 3-5 vintages. The viticulture is certified organic.
