WINE MAKING PROCESS
The winemaking process for Moscato Piero Gatti begins with destemming and soft pressing of the 100% Moscato grapes. The must is then kept at a cool -2°C before fermentation with selected yeasts at 16°C for about five days. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless steel. The winery is noted for being among the first to adopt isobaric bottling technology.
